To serve our clients around North America, we have a carefully screened list of subcontractor partners and in-house project managers outside of the Carolinas. To service their whole North American portfolios, we are the go-to supplier for many of the biggest hotel chains, banks, utilities, and businesses in the country. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC and construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage HVAC and construction projects from planning through execution.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and implement necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the project.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in managing HVAC and construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
