Responsibilities:
Onsite Project Management:

Overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and budget.

Team Management:

Managing construction crew, subcontractors, and other field personnel. Mentor and train Company field personnel.

Coordination:

Coordinating with project managers, contractors, General Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Safety:

Enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Quality Control:

Ensuring construction meets quality standards and adheres to blueprints and specifications.

Problem Solving:

Addressing and resolving issues that arise during construction.

Communication:

Maintaining clear communication with Company Project Management and all project stakeholders.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience professional experience within the construction and concrete industry experience preferred. (Others still encouraged to apply.) • Proficient Equipment Operation Travel may be required depending on current markets. Proficient with Outlook, Excel and MS Project, BlueBeam a plus. Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule. Solid written and oral communication skills. Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish, is a plus. Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offs. Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards. Knowledge and acceptance of OSHA requirements and other legal restrictions. Provide a safe job site condition for traveling public and pedestrians. Ability to hold weekly toolbox safety meetings, and coordination meetings with worksite staff.
