Full-time Summary Roofsters is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating crews, ensuring quality control, and managing client relationships on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination:

• Plan and oversee roofing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and labor are available as needed.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with clients to review project details and timelines.

On-Site Management:

• Supervise daily work on-site to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project promptly.
• Conduct post-construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project.
• Provide regular updates on progress and address any questions or concerns.

Budget and Reporting:

• Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, materials used, and any changes to project scope.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor crews to perform at their best.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure team members have the resources and support they need. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or roofing
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation
