Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, quality control, and possess strong leadership skills commercial or residential construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to achieve project goals
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and procurement processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, procedures, and best practices
