As our Commercial/Residential Estimator, you will be responsible for validating a project’s Scope of Work and determining/preparing the overall budget. You will also monitor and track the progress of projects, including labor and materials costs. This position will assist our new product sales team in providing take-offs promptly and actively and constantly entering the ICS name in the Commercial Bidding process.
- Proven experience as a Commercial/Residential Estimator is required.
- Roofing Experience (Preferred)
- Bi-lingual (Preferred)
- OSHA Training (Preferred)
