This is a full-time, on-site position supporting our work across commercial and federal projects. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the pre-construction phase, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Develop comprehensive cost estimates and proposals across a range of commercial and federal projects. Collaborate with clients, design professionals, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations. Conduct thorough site visits and analyze project specifications and requirements. Identify cost-saving measures and recommend value engineering solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing. Participate in bid strategies, presentations, and contract negotiations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager or Estimator in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
