We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on rehabilitation and renovation projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
Develop and implement project plans and timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
Review and approve contractor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial and multifamily projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proven experience in managing rehabilitation and renovation projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
