This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and execute complex construction projects in South Carolina. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from initial planning to final occupancy, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

Provide on-site construction management oversight for all project phases, from mobilization to occupancy. Plan, manage, and execute construction projects to meet client satisfaction and financial goals. Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and align project timelines. Monitor and ensure adherence to construction drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including risk management and security compliance. Assist with acquisition planning, technical reviews, and contract administration. Provide technical support, manage documentation, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. Support the transition of projects to maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on historic preservation, mechanical systems, and interior renovations Experience with occupied building renovations, Federal projects, and MEP systems preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) Experience with design document review, cost estimation, and schedule development Knowledge of project management principles and quality assurance practices Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications – This job is In-Person.
