Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of projects within the hospitality, construction, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while effectively communicating with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion in various sectors including hospitality, construction, and healthcare.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and project timelines are adhered to.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets and report on financial performance to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within hospitality, construction, or healthcare industries.
Proven experience in managing design/build projects.
Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial project requirements (e.g manufacturing, education, healthcare, hospitality, etc).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
PMP certification is preferred. Benefits
