Description As a Project Manager , you’llplay a pivotal role in leading multiple complex commercial orgovernment base building projects. You will be responsible for allaspects of project execution-from preconstruction throughcloseout-ensuring quality delivery, budget control, and scheduleperformance. Manage and oversee all phases of constructionprojects, from preconstruction to closeout Lead communication withowners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractorsCoordinate all project logistics, including schedule development,procurement, subcontractor buyout, and risk mitigation Create andmanage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and change ordersEnsure compliance with drawings, specifications, building codes,and safety standards Proactively manage project schedules usingtools like MS Project or Primavera Lead progress meetings, internalcoordination calls, and field-office collaboration Monitor andsupport field activities, ensuring timely problem resolution andquality control Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and allcontract documentation via Procore or similar platforms MentorAssistant PMs and Project Engineers as part of your project teamCollaborate with estimating and business development teams forproject pursuits and proposals Oversee 3-4 projects at a time(typically between $30M-$200M) Profile Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Civil Engineering , or a related field5-10 years of project management experience in commercial and/orgovernment construction Strong background in general contractingand field coordination Experience with municipal/institutionalbuildings, K-12, government facilities, or healthcare stronglypreferred Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communicationskills Proven ability to lead complex base building projects ontime and within budget Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project,Procore, and project cost tracking systems
