Pyramid Contracting is seeking a Construction Superintendent with 8-10+ years of experience to oversee and manage commercial projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million . This is an opportunity to join a company known for integrity, precision, and delivering quality results—on time and within budget. What You’ll Do Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff. Maintain and enforce site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards. Work closely with project managers to monitor progress, resolve issues, and deliver projects successfully. Conduct regular site meetings and provide daily updates and reports on job status. Manage project schedules, inspections, and material deliveries to ensure workflow continuity. What You Bring Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Proven track record managing ground-up and renovation projects valued at $1M-$5M . OSHA 30 certification is strongly preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
