The Superintendent will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is critical in coordinating between various teams, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations on the construction site
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Monitor project progress and report on status
Manage project budgets and timelines
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in electrical construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
Experience with electrical systems and installations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
