We’re looking for a motivated Superintendent with strong framing experience to oversee and coordinate site activity, ensuring top-tier quality and project efficiency.
Job Summary:
As a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing on-site framing operations, leading crews, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a leadership position with the potential to grow with us, based on performance. Candidates are required to provide their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise framing crews on-site, ensuring compliance with plans and schedules Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and framing layouts Provide daily reports and project updates to company leadership Solve problems on the fly and keep projects moving forward
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in framing or carpentry supervision Proven experience managing crews and construction schedules Strong knowledge of wood and metal stud framing techniques Reliable personal vehicle required Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA 30 Certification required
