What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities. Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules. Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
What You Bring:
5-7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
