South Carolina Responsibilities:

• 100% Travel (Per Diem, Vehicle Allowance, Gas Card, Lodging Provided)
• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
• Review and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
• Manage project budget and expenses
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
