We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated Superintendent to lead projects from the field with excellence and integrity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily field activities across active job sites.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity standards on all assigned projects.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Field Operations Managers, GC teams, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Facilitate daily huddles and weekly job site meetings.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation. What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in field supervision within concrete construction.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel 3-4 hours if needed.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Professional representation of Rinnovare’ s brand and values.
• Physical ability to navigate and assess active jobsites.
• Hands-on leadership with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when project demands require.
