Construction Manager 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars Tega Cay, SC 29708 Construction Manager – Single Family Homes We are looking to add an experienced Construction Manager to our growing Charlotte division building quality single-family homes. You’ll carry a smaller number of homes than most production homebuilders to be able to focus on the quality and provide a top-notch customer experience to the homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction: scheduling subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers, managing day-to-day operations on the job site, inspecting all work, and resolving any problems Approves subcontractor invoice Manage the construction of assigned homes from foundation to close, including 30-day warranty signoff Oversee daily trade functions: timeliness, quality of workmanship and completion of work Schedule and conduct onsite homeowner meetings Assist in ordering all materials
Requirements:
Construction experience with knowledge of construction processes including scheduling and managing scheduling issues Knowledge of MS Office and construction scheduling software Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related program preferred
