The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
The role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate teams and resources effectively while maintaining high-quality standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of construction projects and manage project schedules
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status and challenges
Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports and budgets
Conduct site inspections to ensure project milestones are met
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction to maintain project flow Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction
Strong knowledge of site development, utilities, and excavation techniques
Experience working on relevant civil projects
