Construction Project Manager Position Available In Anderson, Tennessee

Construction Project Manager The Hollingsworth Companies Clinton, TN 37716 We have a full time position for a Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial/commercial construction background, be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the onsite construction process within the parameters of the construction budget, timeline, and scope of work. He or she will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Assist with all bidding procedures and solicit subcontractors. Manage all deliverables, construction schedule planning and implementation. Supervise construction subcontractors, material deliveries, and general hands-on construction management sufficient to carry projects successfully through to receive a Certificate of Occupancy and full delivery of the building. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, quality oriented and multi-tasker. Travel is required. Must have reliable transportation. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands on Industrial/Commercial Construction and Project Management experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Must be an expert in reading, and implementing intensive construction blueprints, testing reports, engineering data and equipment submittals
• Strong bidding and negotiation skills
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency Compensation based on previous onsite industrial/commercial construction experience.
