Department of Energy experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership & computer skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and OSHA standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met. Review schematics and blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications. Provide regular updates to project management regarding progress, challenges, and solutions. Train and mentor junior staff members in best practices for construction management. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication. Knowledge of quality control principles in construction is essential.
