Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Project Coordinator with a strong administrative background to support our Project Management team. In this role, you’ll handle the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps projects running smoothly—from documentation to communication, scheduling, and compliance tracking. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Project Managers and department leadership. Maintain and organize project records, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents. Assist in preparing and distributing internal and external communications, including meeting minutes, status updates, and project logs. Track material orders, delivery schedules, and subcontractor documentation. Coordinate job file setup, updates, and compliance. Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items across project teams. Support office-related tasks such as scanning, data entry, and document formatting. Assist in submittal & closeout documents. Qualifications Experience in an administrative project coordination role with familiarity of construction documentation, terminology, and construction office support is helpful but not required. Highly motivated and detail-oriented project support Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with construction software like Procore is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
