Role:

We’re looking for a motivated leader to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional wash quality, and keep our team running smoothly. No Car Wash experience necessary. You’ll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensuring the wash opens on time and is properly staffed ✅ Managing day-to-day operations and maintaining wash quality standards ✅ Leading and coaching team members to provide outstanding customer service ✅ Conducting routine inspections to maintain efficiency ✅ Handling scheduling, staffing, and overall team performance ✅ Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees
