Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and completionof preconstruction process. Plan and lead preconstructionstrategies. Develop and implement preconstruction products,systems, and procedures. Align the team with changes in marketconditions and workload Participate in all key meetings. Fosterclient relationships

Qualifications:

10 years leading an estimatingdepartment. 10 years of estimating/construction experience Provenleadership skills Proficiency in project management software andtools

Compensation/Benefits:
