Leadman Team Farrell (Tennessee Branch) 4925 Hooper Highway, Cosby, TN 37722 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leadman to oversee construction projects and ensure that operations run smoothly on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction management software, and the ability to manage project scheduling effectively. As a Leadman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control, supervising team members, and ensuring adherence to schematics and project specifications. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Utilize construction management software such as Housecall Pro to track project progress and manage resources. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications. Collaborate with team members to build structures according to schematics and project plans. Assist in project scheduling, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment. Troubleshoot issues on-site as needed. Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and resource needs. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of schematics and ability to read blueprints effectively. Knowledge of quality control processes and best practices in construction management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers. Familiarity with project scheduling techniques is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
