Assistant Construction Superintendent Beech Construction Services, Inc. Nashville, TN 37202 Beech Construction Services has thrived in the Nashville construction industry for over 26 years. We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent whose responsibilities will include managing multiple projects and performing on site as needed. The desired Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate start dates, construction necessities ( including labor and materials), managing and coordinating subcontractors, and all other phases and aspects of construction. This position is not a project specific hire, instead we are looking to expand our team and hire a Superintendent who wants to grow with our company for years to come.
Necessary skills include:
Prior experience as a Site Foreman Heavy experience in the Hospitality industry a plus Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and project managers Ability to read plans and operate Excel, Outlook, Word and other essential software Ability to manage crew members effectively Beech Construction Services offers competitive salaries and strives hard to retain its employees.
