HAVE 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT. A&K
Construction is looking for a hardworking and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Field Superintendent. To qualify you must have a minimum of 7-10 years construction experience in the field, at least 5 years of which serving in the capacity as job-site superintendent . As Project Superintendent you would be responsible for running all aspects of the job and job site in the field, including but not limited to: Supervising all work activities. Monitoring all job site safety. Coordinating all job site production with PM. Scheduling and managing all subcontractors, etc. Coordinating material ordering and scheduling. Logging Daily progress reports. Assuring total quality in all aspects of job site production by expected time of completion.
