Overview:

Xtreme Exteriors is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an On-Site Job Foreman. As a leader in exterior construction and renovation projects, we require a competent individual who can oversee and manage the execution of projects on-site, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Supervise all aspects of exterior construction and renovation projects, from inception to completion.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate onsite teams, including subcontractors, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and goals are met within set timelines.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that all work meets company and industry standards.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Materials Management:

Coordinate delivery and usage of materials, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing waste.

Client Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have throughout the project.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process, proactively seeking solutions to keep projects on track.

Documentation:

Keep detailed records of project progress, including daily logs, photos, and any relevant documentation.

Budget Management:

Assist in monitoring project budgets, helping to control costs and avoid overruns.

Training and Development:

Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering their growth and development within the company.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of [2] years of experience in exterior construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

Technical Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, materials, and processes related to exterior projects.
