Construction Landscape Project Manager

Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing landscape construction projects from conception to completion, while ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of commercial project management, landscape construction, and landscape design experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage landscape construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, planning, scheduling, and design
Develop detailed project plans and provide leadership for project teams
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintain frequent communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
Identify and address any potential problems or conflicts as they arise
Ensure that all project safety procedures are followed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in landscape construction and/or project management
Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and processes
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
