Description The Project Executive of Construction will:
Minimum of seven year’s experience managing multiple commercialprojects up to $100 million. Excellent communication skills. Musthave the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fullyoperational status.
Computer Skills Required:
Microsoft Project andMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to creatematerial take-offs. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Marketing and presentation skills. Should be highly organized,highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver. Collegedegree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but notrequired. Profile The successful Project Executive candidate willhave: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, CivilEngineering, or a similar field Experience with HighriseConstruction Diverse project background (commercial projectsadvantageous) Have experience in overseeing ground up Commercialprojects Have a working knowledge of Preconstruction. 5- 10 Yearsof senior level Experience.
