Job Description
Description Construction Manager is tasked with managing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the US, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in at least two disciplines within the construction industry, including General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar
- Success in communicating project requirements to various audiences
- Experience in facilities management or similar roles, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management/control of new structures and existing buildings
- Program management of concurrent projects
- Project Management accreditation (PMP® or similar) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.
