The client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support capital projects within State Parks. This hybrid role involves attending virtual and on-site construction project meetings, providing status updates, and acting as a liaison between park staff, designers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend design and construction meetings for assigned capital projects Provide status updates to the Facilities Management team as requested Act as a liaison between Tennessee State Parks staff, designers, and contractors Escalate concerns or issues to the appropriate stakeholders Participate in virtual and/or on-site project meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a management or construction-related field General knowledge of construction project processes Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including
