The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires effective management of resources, communication with stakeholders, and adherence to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Plan and define project scope and objectives
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
Coordinate and supervise construction activities and subcontractors
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
Allocate resources effectively and efficiently
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards
Document project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement
Excellent scheduling and time management skills
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with construction quality assurance practices
Ability to manage change and adapt to project requirements
