Note:
The hourly rate for this position is $41
- $46 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

HOURS:
5 X 8’S + Lead and supervise electrical teams across multiple job sites (must be willing to travel) + Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet production goals and project milestones + Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local code requirements + Oversee installations of conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and other commercial electrical systems + Collaborate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors to ensure smooth operations + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings + Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards + Coach, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices to develop team talent + Identify field issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems proactively no excuses, just solutions

Qualifications:
- + Be eligible to work in the United States + 10+ years of paid / verifiable supervisory experience in commercial/industrial electrical work + Proven leadership and communication skills + Strong understanding of NEC codes and jobsite safety regulations + Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively Tech-savvy + Ability to read blueprints and digital construction documents + Willingness to travel frequently for multi-site operations + Pride in your work, precision in execution, and relentless attention to detail TrueBlue, Inc.
