Family Services Coordinator Are you passionate about creating fun, safe, and engaging programs for kids? Join our team at the YMCA of Middle TN as a Family Services Coordinator ! Starting pay is $15/hour (based on experience) , and you’ll have the opportunity to lead programs that inspire and educate youth in our community.
Position Type:
Part-time What You’ll Do:
Oversee YPLAY and Youth Activity Center programs, including planning activities, scheduling, and daily operations. Hire, train, and supervise staff while providing ongoing performance feedback. Create arts, crafts, and fitness programs that encourage healthy lifestyles for kids aged 2-11. Interact with families to address concerns and build positive relationships. Assist with administrative tasks and ensure supplies and facilities are well-maintained.
What You’ll Need:
Minimum age: 18 High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children ages 2-11 (preferred); supervisory experience a plus Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with
