Field Installation Coordinator This is a travelling position. Able to sit out of any state. Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Field Installation Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring project schedules are adhered to, tasks are executed efficiently, and projects remain within budget. The successful candidate will oversee subcontractors, address on-site issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Monitor project schedules and ensure tasks are executed on time. Ensure projects remain within budget. Oversee subcontractors and mitigate on-site issues. Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards. Manage project documentation, including administration forms. Coordinate training schedules for team members. Handle material movement necessary for project completion. Liaise between employer, customer, project manager, and engineers. Essential Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe and ability to read schematics. Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-facing approach. Experience in project coordination or field leadership in automation, construction, or industrial equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. Experience in equipment installation and service coordination. Skills in CNC and turret machinery. Willingness to travel 90% of the time, with projects lasting from 2 weeks to 1 year. Ability to work weekends and holidays. Work Environment This position involves extensive travel, with a policy allowing return home every 2 weeks for 3 days. The role requires working on-site, sometimes in foreign locations, with provided per diem for overnight stays and increased rates for foreign travel. Lodging and rental cars are covered by the employer. There is potential for overtime and night shift work, with a pay increase of 12-15% for night shifts.
