The Cleaning Leaders is expanding its operations into the electrical construction trade (residential, commercial, and industrial). We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Electrical Supervisor & HR Recruiter to lead this new division. The ideal candidate will play a dual role: performing and supervising electrical installations in the field and managing human resources and recruitment responsibilities in the office.
Key Duties:
On-Site Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations according to customer specifications (residential, commercial, and industrial). Lead and supervise field electrical teams as they are onboarded. Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 and work-at-height safety protocols. Maintain quality, timeliness, and safety on job sites. Coordinate with project managers to align electrical work with overall construction schedules.
Office Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment efforts for electrical personnel as the division grows. Develop and manage HR functions including personnel schedules, reporting, and compliance. Ensure accurate daily/weekly reports from field staff. Coordinate field teams and oversee work performance. Use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) to manage administrative tasks. Coordinate travel and logistics as needed. Represent the company in HR-related matters internally and externally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certified Professional Electrical Technician in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician in the construction industry. Minimum 5 years of certified and verifiable experience in Human Resources.
Bilingual :
• Fluent in Spanish and English , with strong understanding of construction terminology• in both languages. OSHA 30 Certification (active and current). Work-at-heights certification required. Basic construction supervisor training and basic construction instructor training preferred. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Valid passport and availability to travel both domestically and internationally. Flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to evolving needs. Two professional letters of recommendation.
