Job Description
As the
HVAC/MEP
Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will be to assist to ensure that the project is completed within the established time parameters. This includes assisting in developing and regularly updating project schedules and all associated project reporting, effective management and leadership of all on-site tradesmen. Effective communication is required within the project team. You will be responsible for promoting and enforcing a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trade contractors and the overall construction site.
Details/Summary
Experienced individuals to supervise the day to day operations of installing commercial HVAC systems and equipment for various types of commercial projects. Superintendents attend weekly construction meetings with general contractors, communicate directly with project managers, work through problems as part of a team and attending weekly meetings.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
HVAC Geothermal Experience
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Must be proficient in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric

Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
