EducationBachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field OR relevant experienceExperience

• 5+ years in a manufacturing or prefabrication environment (we will consider less experienced candidates provided they can demonstrate their willingness to learn, flexibility, pleasant demeanor, and superior intelligence and have relevant experience in other jobs
• Knowledge of process creation, documentation and implementation as well as technologies used in prefabrication and manufacturing
• Knowledge or certifications in Lean manufacturing (CLP, Six Sigma, etc.
• Proven experience in people leading; managing projects, budgets and schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
