Good afternoon. I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to reach out about a Preconstruction Manager opening we have in Nashville, TN, a leading General contractor with a strong portfolio in [e.g., commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use projects].We’re looking for someone with experience in:
Managing the preconstruction process from conceptual budgeting to GMP
Collaborating with estimating, operations, and design teams
Leading client communication during preconstruction
Building cost models and developing phasing/logistics plans
