Job Description
Production Manager-Nashville RAFTRx Nashville, TN Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of production management principles. Responsibilities Production Management (Field Operations= 50%) Schedule and coordinate roofing crews for builds based on job rediness Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites. Monitor project timelines, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to quality standards. Conduct job site checks (optional depending no company setup). Handle permits, inpsections, and utility locations as required. Address production issues, homeowner complaints, and crew needs in real time. Manage job files and ensure all documents (contracts, scopes, photos, supplements) are organized Maintain daily communication with the sales team regarding job status.
Experience:
Roofing or construction industry experience preferred (insurance re-roof experience a plus) strong organizational skills Experience working with CRM/Project Management tools Working knowledge of insurance restoration process and terminology. Basic understanding of Xactimate and insurance estimating (a major plus).
