Description Oversee all phases ofcommercial construction projects, ensuring timely andbudget-conscious delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers,and subcontractors to meet project specifications and goals. Manageproject schedules, budgets, and contracts to maintain efficiencyand profitability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations andcompany standards throughout all project stages. Provide leadershipand mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture ofcollaboration and success. Work closely with clients to addressconcerns and provide updates on project progress. Identify andmitigate risks to ensure project objectives are achieved. Prepareand present reports to stakeholders, detailing project milestonesand outcomes. Profile A strong understanding of commercialconstruction processes and best practices. Bachelor’s inconstruction management or a related field is a plus Proven abilityto manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirementseffectively. Excellent communication and organizational skills toensure project success. 8 years of experience working with ageneral contractor Proficiency in project management software andtools.
