Project Manager – Commercial Construction Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead our commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives. Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and techniques. Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
