About the
Role:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing mechanical construction projects from Letter of Intent through completion and warranty, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope. This role involves coordination with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project setup and turnover meetings. Manage permits, documentation, submittals, and RFIs via Procore. Develop and manage project schedules and labor plans. Coordinate subcontractors, equipment rentals, and material procurement. Oversee BIM and prefabrication processes for mechanical systems. Track project financials, monthly billings, and cost projections. Manage change orders, safety plans, and project closeouts. Conduct post-project analysis and provide feedback to leadership. Support sales and preconstruction teams with project insight and logistics.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of project management experience in construction or mechanical trades. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (ProCore, BuildPs, Primavera, MS Project, or similar). Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Mechanical or construction degree preferred. Lean Six Sigma certification a plus. Field and/or Superintendent experience also a
