Project Manager Multifamily Construction 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN Run/manage project from start to finish Manage Nashville Construction team Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project. Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project. GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience with Multifamily and hospitality is a plus 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction Project Manager Experience running a project from start to finish This client is all well-established Developer and General Contractor with a strong reputations in the Nashville area.
