We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial construction, with a focus on custom homes and project management. Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes.
Experience with custom home construction is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
