Role:
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsiblefor providing consulting services to an assigned market or clientaccount to help achieve the company’s strategic businessobjectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They areresponsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all areas of project management for singular real estateprojects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy,and closeout. Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of theproject. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resourcerequirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule &milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified listsor through the project qualification process. Conduct a standardrequest for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommendresources to clients. Implement project documentation governance that is aligned withcompany and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate,timely, and coordinated. Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance anddirection to achieve goals. Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
Track the progress of each project and report status andvariances. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and developrisk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans toreduce or eliminate project risks. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provideinnovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job disciplineand broad knowledge of several job disciplines within thefunction. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

values. Work to build consensus and convince others toreach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or serviceactivities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information. Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCMdesignation(s) preferred. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiplesources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existingsolutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitivemindset. Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complexfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations.
