Project Superintendent (REQ 1336) OneSparQ’s Client Nashville, TN 37204 OneSparQ is looking for Project Superintendent for a growing construction company in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project activities, coordinating with subcontractors and crafts, ensuring productivity and contractual performance. Maintain project budget, schedules, and cost control, providing weekly updates to the Project Manager and communicating with subcontractors and owners. Lead weekly project meetings, review and resolve plan issues to avoid budget overruns, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Provide feedback on subordinates to the Vice President of Field Operations and document weekly hours for
HR/Payroll Required Skills:
Over 10 years of experience in construction, with 5+ years as a lead superintendent. Skilled in block, brick, concrete, steel, roofing, civil, tilt-up, and pre-engineered buildings. Experienced in managing project sizes of $5+ million from design through completion
