The Preconstruction Manager serves as the main contact for preconstruction projects, requiring skills in both estimating and operations. They must understand and present project estimates, logistics plans, and schedules. Leading the preconstruction team from setup to GMP completion, their goal is to ensure projects are ready for construction and likely to succeed. •

MUST BE LOCAL TO NASHVILLE, TN

•Key Responsibilities Lead the preconstruction phase of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to develop comprehensive project plans.
Review and analyze documents for constructability and provide feedback to design teams.
Prepare and present project proposals and preconstruction budgets to clients.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather necessary information and pricing for project estimates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Industry as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Estimator or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Strong understanding of construction processes, pricing, and contract administration.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Benefits 100% ESOP
