• Data Centers Position Overview
  We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to oversee and manage our data center construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mission-critical industrial construction and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all phases of data center construction projects from ground up to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Travel to various project sites as required to oversee operations and meet with stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
Proven experience as a Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up construction projects.
Familiarity with AWS, Meta, and industry-specific technologies related to data centers.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as needed.
