Site Supervisor (NASH45) Nashville, TN, United States of America $18.50 – $18.50 Back Back Job Skills / Requirements The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our 24/7 security services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse team, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain employee and client satisfaction.

Monday-Friday Hours:

7am-3pm

Pay Rate:

$18.50/hour Duties and responsibilities: + Informs Operations Manager of ALL incidents affecting the client and/or SEI. + Ensure all security officers comply with company policies and client expectations. + Train officers and evaluate their performance during training prior to the officer taking over their shift and throughout their employment with SEI. + Communicate with SEI management for any client requests/new instructions. + Ensure officers all properly groomed, clean and look professional in uniform. The Site Supervisor must be the prime example with their own appearance. + Ensure all officers are using our officer management system by scanning QR codes during patrols. + Coach and discipline personnel as needed. Seek SEI management advice when needed. + Ensure all officers are utilizing the clock in/out system.

Job Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED + Unarmed State of TN security License + 2+ years in a management or supervisory role Security Engineers, Inc.

Tennessee Security Company License:
